What happens next?
Taking the first step can feel big. Here’s how we’ll support you.
01
Get in touch
Give us a call or send us a message. We’ll listen carefully, ask a few gentle questions and start to understand your situation.
02
We visit and talk things through
We’ll arrange a visit to see the space and understand what’s needed. There’s no judgment — just a calm, practical conversation about how we can help.
03
We agree a simple plan and dates
Together, we’ll decide what feels manageable and what the priorities are. We’ll explain any costs clearly and agree dates that work for you.
04
We carry out the work
Our team works sensitively and at a pace that feels comfortable. You stay involved in decisions about what stays and what goes.
05
We review and plan next steps
Before we leave, we make sure the space feels safer and more manageable. If further support is needed, we’ll talk through what happens next.
