Making a Clear Difference
Lofty Heights CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise working across Suffolk, Norfolk and beyond. We support people at pivotal moments in their lives, whether that means restoring safety and dignity in the home, or helping a young person take their first confident steps into employment.
Everything we do is rooted in practical action, social responsibility and long-term community impact.
One Organisation. Two Connected Strands.
Lofty Heights operates through two closely linked areas of work:
Supporting Safer Homes Through Decluttering and Clearing
Our specialist team provides decluttering, clearance and cleaning services that support vulnerable adults to live safely and independently.
We work in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, the NHS and charities to deliver sensitive and effective support in complex situations, including:
-
Hoarding support
-
House clearance
-
Garden clearance
-
End-of-tenancy cleaning
-
Hospital discharge support
-
Support for carers
We understand that we are guests in someone’s home. Our work is respectful, structured and carried out with care.
Creating Opportunities Through the Skills Academy
Alongside our practical services, Lofty Heights delivers training and skills development through our Skills Academy.
We support young people, particularly those not in education, employment or training, to gain confidence, practical experience and career direction.
Our programmes focus on:
-
Vocational skills
-
Real-world learning
-
Career guidance
-
Apprenticeship pathways
-
Employer partnerships
We believe that potential should never be limited by circumstance. Our aim is to remove barriers and create pathways into meaningful work.
A Sustainable Social Model
Lofty Heights is built on the principle of profit with purpose.
Any surplus we generate is reinvested into the organisation to further our social aims. Income from our services helps strengthen our training programmes. Our training programmes help develop the workforce of tomorrow.
By supporting vulnerable adults today and investing in young people’s futures, we create a sustainable cycle of community impact.
Our Values
Our work is guided by three core values:
Reliability
We follow clear processes and deliver consistent, high standards
Honesty
We communicate openly, involve clients at every step and manage expectations clearly.
Trust
We are mindful that we are working in people’s homes and lives. All staff are trained, vetted and committed to acting with integrity.
Working in Partnership
We collaborate closely with councils, housing providers, health services, charities and community organisations to deliver specialist support and measurable social value.
Together, we are making homes safer, strengthening communities and creating brighter futures.
